Customer Service
Shipping:
Shipments of all orders from our warehousing locations are F.O.B. Aurora, Illinois. Some orders requiring factory drop shipments may be shipped F.O.B shipping point. All freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise negotiated. Amerisafe reserves the right to ship all orders by method and/or carrier of our choice. Items on backorder will be shipped immediately as they become available.
Damage/Shortage Claims:
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department or the freight carrier immediately.
Minimum Order:
$50.00, excluding freight. If less than $50.00, a $10.00 minimum order fee will be applied to the invoice.
Terms:
Net 30 days to accounts with established credit in good standing. Open Account is available to qualified customers. Additionally, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are welcomed.
Sales Tax:
All sales tax required by law will be added to all orders, unless we have a tax exemption certificate on file at time of order placement.
Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call, fax or write our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items, videos and custom printed products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in quality of workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. No C.O.D’s accepted. All items must be carefully packed for return shipment and must be in resalable condition upon arrival. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all returned materials in resalable condition. Amerisafe reserves the right to inspect and determine the resalable condition of such returned items and reserves the right to alter the restocking charge appropriately.
Limited Warranty:
All products found in this catalog have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturer’s warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the product. The manufacturers have provided all statistical information in this catalog. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer’s information and convenience. This catalog does not represent these statistics as being accurate. Determining the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by our company. We do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative of our company to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact of warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty shall be created by any statement made in this catalog for the advertisement or promotion of any product.
Our company makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by our company. Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale delivery or use of any product found in this catalog shall in no event be our company’s liability. In all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products by the buyer.
